How a project runs

The same sequence, every time, so a client always knows where their project stands.

    Scope agreed

    An LSP, vendor, or operator issues a project diagram and engages our team. Scope and billing terms are set by contract.

  2. 2

    Team briefed

    Work is split between the field team and the document team, with a task list and required formats defined before anyone travels to site.

  3. 3

    Field work

    The field team surveys or installs on site, daily, sending photos, notes, and asset data back as the work happens.

  4. 4

    Documentation

    The document team turns that raw material into the client's required Excel and report format — one workbook tab per site.

  5. 5

    Status tracked

    Every site is marked Completed, Revisit Needed, or Blocked, with the reason — access, water, or payment — escalated to the right person.

  6. 6

    Final billing

    Once every site is complete and both teams are reconciled, the client bill is generated against the agreed terms.

Indoor equipment identification, serial and asset-tag validation, cross-checked against operator PM records.

ODU/IDU inspection and installation assistance for microwave backhaul links between sites.
Site documentation & reporting
Raw field data converted into the client's exact Excel submission format — no manual reformatting on their end.
Asset validation & reconciliation
Site-found assets matched against operator databases; newly found or missing items flagged, not guessed at.
